2.1. Trainee and entitled |
Trainee • When entering the company, the CARAVAiles pilot occupies the trainee pilot grade (trial) during the first 30 days. The trial period allows the student to test our tracker (your flight tracking tool) and our rules of use. If the trainee pilot has the minimum IVAO grade PP, it is allowed to fly on the IVAO network with its callsign KVL during his trial period. The trainee pilot can (on request) benefit from a sponsor (race driver CARAVAiles) in order to have a contact for the company and assist as much as possible during his trial period. • If the trial period is successful If the trainee driver has the minimum IVAO grade PP, he is exempt from flight test and automatically becomes a race driver. If the trainee pilot does not have the minimum grade PP IVAO, it can fly on the IVAO network until his tenure.
An online test is organized with a member of STAFF to check your skills online flight If successful in this test, it becomes incumbent pilot. In case of failure, the trial period is extended by 30 days. 3.1. Rules |

3.2 Operation |

3.3. Fleet management |

3.4. PERSON'AILES |
• Each pilot is offered one or more devices of their choice depending on the bearing, in the form of hours of accumulated flight.
